TERMS OF SERVICE
Our Terms Of Service:
- Consultations are scheduled by appointment only. First-time consultations are free.
- With each site uniquely designed to meet your specific needs, it's difficult to post any set price list. Once we've scheduled your primary consultation and have decided on a design that best suits you and/or your business, a price will be negotiated. Once a deal is struck, $100.00 of the negotiated price is due upfront with the rest due at time of upload.
- CUSTOM WEB DESIGN by Jim E. Martin will not endorse, vouch for, or be held responsible for the integrity of the content of your site. I am merely a hired hand. If you lie and you're caught, you're on your own.
- I reserve the right to refuse any job of a questionable nature if necessary to uphold my standards of professionalism.
- Photo service through Randall's Photography is available on request.
- A link to CUSTOM WEB DESIGN by Jim E. Martin, and to Randall's Photography if applicable, will be installed on the lower corner of each site page.
